| Description: |
| The sales support coordinator is responsible for
providing support to the Exclusive Agency Division through a variety of
functions including various administrative activities, though primarily
through effective reporting. Data from various sources will be
used to accurately prepare reports for dissemination to various
supervisors, managers, officers and field personnel. Accuracy is
key in this position. Some reports have short deadlines.
Troubleshooting and research will be involved. Teamwork plays a
big part in this position, along with the ability to adapt to changes. |

| Education: |
| High school diploma or equivalent |
 |
| Qualifications: |
- Previous office experience required.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Type 40 wpm and 10-key by sight or touch.
- Must be detail oriented and a self-starter.
- The ability to design, prepare and analyze number based reports
a plus.
- Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in
Microsoft Office products.
- Intermediate to advance Excel skills a plus.
- Must enjoy working with numbers and have good mathematical
skills.

| Working Conditions: |
| Occasionally bends/stoops, reaches above shoulder
level; lifts floor to waist and carries up to 10 pounds. Rarely
squats and crouches. Extensive PC usage. Sitting for
extended periods of time. |
