The Agency Service Representative is responsible for
handling incoming calls from agents, secretaries or office staff and
responding to inquiries regarding Company policy, procedure and
guidelines, underwriting requirements, claims, commission structure and
policy maintenance. This
may require extensive research using all resources available in order to
resolve all calls to the complete satisfaction of the caller.
Primary
duties & responsibilities consist of:

Answer incoming calls from the field regarding Company
policies and procedures, policy guidelines, underwriting
requirements, claims, commission structure and policy
maintenance.

Research questions and problems for agents and advise
them of results.

Complete any and all necessary paperwork.

Meet quotas for phone stats set as standard for
Department.

Complete other tasks/projects as assigned.
