| Description: |
| United American is seeking outgoing people and friendly
voices for part-time evening and weekend shifts at out outbound call
center in McKinney, TX located in Stonebridge Ranch. There
is no cold calling. Flexible schedules available and we
offer a business casual dress work environment. Hours are
Monday-Thursday 5:00 pm-9:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am-12:00 pm; 16 hours
per week. |

| Education: |
| High school diploma or equivalent. Some college
preferred. |
|
| Primary duties & responsibilities: |
- Making outbound calls on existing
policies to collect premium payments to activate
coverage.
- Record information updating the
outcome of the call.
- Work in the database to record
banking information.
- Explain benefits and provide
excellent customer service.
- Maintain policies and procedures of
the department.
- Other projects/duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: |
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Some insurance experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated math aptitude.
- Some medical terminology preferred.
- Proficient PC skills with an emphasis in Microsoft
Excel.
- Ability to analyze information and make logical
conclusions.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the
ability to multi-task.
- Must be customer friendly.
- Must have the desire to learn new tasks and take on
additional responsibilities.

| Working Conditions: |
| Heavy phone and PC usage, sitting for extended periods
of time, reaches above shoulder level and some overtime may be required.
We provide comprehensive training. |
