| Description: |
| The Business Analyst will be responsible for monitoring
and evaluating customer retention data for all Torchmark Affiliates.
Responsibilities include creating and distributing both standardized
reporting required by Senior Management, monitoring and detecting any
adverse retention trends, and analyzing these trends to formulate
recommendations for improving customer retention. |

| Education: |
| High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's
degree preferred. |
 |
| Qualifications: |
- 2+ years experience in a position requiring trend analysis and
reporting
- Ability to work independently while conducting in-depth analysis
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills required with proficiency in
Excel and Access
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Must be organized and have excellent attention to detail
- Experience with SQL Server is a plus
- Experience in the life insurance industry is a plus
