Description:

The Direct Response Database Analyst handles critical data exchanges between internal and external vendors on multiple platforms.  This position works with the various marketing groups in analyzing and maintaining data quality.  Responsible for tracking, balancing, reporting, and for all processes involved with the data file exchanges.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.  Some related College preferred.

Qualifications:

2 years experience in Direct Marketing, IT Operations or similar fields; or combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of FTP, file format conversions and relational database environment preferred. Must have intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel and Access. Some experience with SQL queries is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required. Must be analytical and detailed oriented with strong mathematical and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities required. Must have a strong work ethic and take full responsibility for tasks.
