| Description: |
| The HRIS Analyst will be instrumental in the
implementation of Lawson Human Capital software from initial planning
stage through entire life cycle across all companies. The HRIS
Analyst will work with each HR Director and their customers to analyze
work process design and flow. This position will plan, ensure
adherence to project schedule, maintain a systems orientation and train
all users. Can work effectively with peers to set technology
priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also
serves as a technical point-of contact fore HR and assists subject
matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes,
report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement
opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades,
patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. |

| Education: |
| Bachelor's degree preferred. |
 |
| Qualifications: |
- Must have Lawson software implementation experience preferably
in employee benefits, HRIS and/or payroll.
- Crystal reporting and SQL programming knowledge.
- Advanced working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with competency
in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Must be organized and extremely accurate.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to objectively analyze
and recognize problem situations.
- Must exhibit ability to maintain confidentiality and loyalty,
exhibit empathy, patience and tact.
- Must be able to travel occasionally.
- Must be a team player.

| Working Conditions: |
| Frequently bends/stoops while filing information in
file cabinets, retrieving information from shelves and storage
facilities. Occasionally squats, climbs on step stool in supply
closet, and kneels while filing information. Occasionally lifts
and carries up to 20 pounds while working with payroll registers and
reports. Overtime as required. Non-smoking environment.
Heavy hearing activity required - telephone usage. Extended use of
PC requires heavy visual activity and manual dexterity while using
computer and typewriter keyboards. |
