The HRIS Analyst will be instrumental in the maintenance and support of
Lawson Human Capital software across all companies.This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned
functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data
integrity, testing of system change, report writing and analyzing data
flow for process improvement.
Can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct
long-term planning including the implementation of additional system
functions.The HRIS Analyst also
supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as
assigned. Participates in the testing and implementation of application
enhancements, service packs and upgrades which may include process
changes, communication and training.
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
HRIS experience with employee benefits and payroll
required. Lawson software experience strongly
preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experienced in Crystal Report Development preferred.
Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
Proven project management and time management skills.
Broad working knowledge of HR and Payroll functions and
processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with
competency in grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Must be organized and extremely accurate.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to objectively
analyze and recognize problem situations.
Must exhibit ability to maintain confidentiality and
loyalty, exhibit empathy, patience and tact.
Must be a team player.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to travel occasionally.Must be able to work evenings and weekends.Heavy PC and phone usage.Frequently bends/stoops, sits, and reaches above shoulder level.Occasionally lifts from floor to waist up to 10 pounds, carries
up to 10 pounds and walks or stands.
