| Description: |
| IT Help Desk Manager is responsible for managing all
Help Desk operations, ensure process design and execution, introduction
of best practices and proactive resolution. This position operates
in a fast-paced environment to ensure the firm's Level 0 and Level 1
Support meets our enterprise security requirements, ensures consistent
user experience and satisfaction, and provides a single point of contact
for internal users for IT-related requests. |

| Education: |
| Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or
related field. |
 |
| Qualifications: |
- 5-6 years of related experience with at least 3+ years
supervision of IT Help Desk Staff.
- Experience building and maintaining Help Desk operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, organizational and
customer service skills.
- Must have a proven track record of successfully building and
leading high-performance teams
- Must have a proven track record of providing IT support on
mission-critical operations.
- Should be able to demonstrated a working relationship with
groups within or outside of IT to help implement technical
solutions.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft solutions.
- Strong attention to details.
- Strong desire to interact with end users or clients on the phone
or in person.
- Project management experience.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Experience with Numara FootPrints system a plus.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, group policy and the
Windows security model.

| Working Conditions: |
| Ability to work a flexible schedule as this job may
require extended support hours, occasional night, weekend and some
on-call work as necessary. |
