| Description: |
| This position will perform secretarial duties and
provide administrative support to 4-5 executives. Produce a
variety of correspondence and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Other duties and/or projects as assigned. |

| Education: |
| High school diploma or equivalent. College degree
preferred. |
 |
| Qualifications: |
- Type 60-70 wpm
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (specifically
Excel and Word)
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate initiative and be detail oriented
- Must be outgoing, energetic, positive and ability to
maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and work with all levels of
the company
- Ability to analyze information and make logical
conclusions
- Ability to grasp new concepts and take on additional
responsibility

| Working Conditions: |
| Moderate to heavy PC usage and heavy phone usage.
Occasionally bends/stoops, squats, crouches, kneels, balances and
pushes/pulls. Rarely crawls, climbs and reaches above shoulder
level. |
