| Description: |
| Communicate with users and information Systems
management regarding user requirements and/or problems. Conduct
preliminary studies and research. Perform systems analysis, assist
in developing specifications, design and write programs, and perform
testing and coordinate such testing with users. Write user and
operational documentation. This position will exclusively support
the Marketing Department initiatives and see them through implementation
and maintenance. |

| Education: |
| Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with
computer science and programming courses. |
|
| Qualifications: |
- 3-5 years Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET experience
- 2 years experience with SQL 7.0/SQL 7.0.2000
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a plus
- Systems analysis, design and insurance experience preferred
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and mathematical
aptitude
- Ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions
- Must be eager to learn new technologies and emerging standards
(i.e. Visual Studio.NET, XML)

| Working Conditions: |
| Rarely bends/stoops and occasionally reaches above
shoulder level. Continuously lifts waist to overhead and floor to
waist and carries up to 10 pounds. Heavy PC usage and some
overtime. |
