| This position is responsible for reviewing all incoming
applications; running tape on all initial premium payments and see that
checks are with application; Screening application information
concerning other coverage such as Medicare information, plan code,
medical history, effective date, signature and bank draft information;
reviewing qualifications for advance commission. Other duties
and/or projects as assigned. |

| Education: |
| High school diploma or equivalent. |
 |
| Qualifications: |
- Have excellent alpha and number recognition skills
- Proficient use of PC; 10-key by touch or sight
- Demonstrated mathematical ability
- Two years office experience
- One year previous related work experience
- Ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions
- Regular and predictable attendance required

| Working Conditions: |
| Light PC usage. Occasionally lifts up to 10
pounds from waist to overhead, from floor to waist, carries and pushes. |
