| Description: |
| The Claims Business Analyst is responsible for a full
range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and
excellence of the business unit. This position will design and
document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will
positively impact operational effectiveness. The Business Analyst
will track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate
recommendations that will positively impact the unit. This
position will lead a number of key projects for the Claims Department,
will be the functional expert on all claims processes and will be the
point of contact between the department and IT. |

| Education: |
| Bachelor's of Science or Administration degree in
business or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience
considered. |
 |
| Qualifications: |
- Minimum 5 years experience in a business analysis, process
improvement, audit, or other related field.
- Seasoned business analyst with proven project management and
leadership skills including the ability to gather clear business
requirements.
- Proven ability to develop, document, and maintain operational
policies and procedures including designing and documenting detailed
process flows and the development of operational performance and
quality metric standards and reports.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- the ability to manage details and execute effective follow
through.
- The ability to multi-task is a must.
- Experience working in a team environment.

| Working Conditions: |
| Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must
be able to travel to Oklahoma City, OK and Waco, TX 2-3 days per week at
least 2-3 weeks out of each month. |
