| Description: |
| This position is responsible for writing up and
calculating claims payments; paying, rejecting or pending claims for
several plan types in the system; creating reports in MS Excel and Word.
Also responsible for creating special letters to send to insureds and
providers when necessary. |
 |
| Education: |
| Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college
or technical school. 2-3 years related experience and/or training
or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
 |
| Qualifications: |
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Database
Software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts.

| Working Conditions: |
| Regularly lifts and moves up to 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision. |
