| Description: |
| The Meetings & Conventions Coordinator will be
responsible for corresponding with hotel & transportation contacts,
creating and maintaining travel calendars, setting up all convention and
meeting binders, creating and maintaining rooming lists, processing
invoices and check requests, tracking convention and meeting expenses,
preparing year-end cost analysis, budgets, 1099 forms, and recording
commissions. Other duties include supporting the Assistant Vice
President, Office Manager and Travel Reservation Specialist during peak
times and/or absences by booking reservations, maintaining department
supplies, and occasionally providing on-site coordination. Other
duties/projects as assigned. |

| Education: |
| High school diploma or equivalent. |
 |
| Qualifications: |
- 1 year of office experience required. Experience working
in an administrative or travel role preferred, but not required.
- Must have intermediate to advance Excel skills and be proficient
in Microsoft Word.
- Experience working with Sabre Travel Reservation System and
Accounting Software is a plus, but not required. Willing to
train.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated mathematical ability.
- Ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a fast-paced,
team oriented environment.

| Working Conditions: |
| Fast-paced working environment. Must be willing
to work overtime. 10-15% travel. |
