| Description: |
| This Junior Business Operations Analyst reports to
the Project Manager and is responsible for the planning, development,
deployment and support of new and existing projects within the
department to meet the current and future needs of the business. This
position will also be heavily involved in determining process
improvement, documentation and adherence that will span multiple
projects. |

| Education: |
| High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelors degree in Business preferred. |
|
| Qualifications: |
- Proven experience in meeting deadlines and managing
multiple priorities.
- Experience in creating, implementing and improving
business processes.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal and
communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, inclusive of
Visio
