This position reports to the Senior Vice President and
will assist with responding to incoming calls, e-mail complaints and
questions sent to Senior Management.
This will require a good working knowledge of Liberty National
and United American guidelines, underwriting requirements, claims,
commission structures and policy maintenance.
This position will require extensive research using all resources
available in order to provide Senior Management with details needed to
respond or resolve the complaint.
Also requires the ability to communicate effectively with
Directors, Branch Managers and other field personnel.
This position will include a variety of duties to
support the sales and marketing efforts.
Primary duties & responsibilities consist of:

Answer calls, e-mail complaints and
inquiries sent to Senior Management.

Research and gather data regarding
complaints and other requests.

Assist with planning, organization and
implementation on any and all projects as needed.

Develop and maintain Excel
spreadsheets for various projects

Provide general assistance and support
to Branch Management, Directors and Senior Management.

Assist with the development of Branch
correspondence and manuals.
