Quality Assurance Customer Service Representatives
Minimum Salary:
10.25/hour
Description:
It is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance
Customer Service Representative (QA CSR) to conduct outbound calls and
receive inbound calls and determine the proper action needed. The
QA CSR will record information and maintain the procedures and policies
of this department. Work in the database to make proper
assessments on contracts requested by customers. Explain benefits
and complete necessary paperwork. Assist with customer
correspondence and error corrections for policy service. Other
projects/duties as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college
preferred.
Qualifications:
1 year of customer service experience
Some insurance experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated math aptitude
Some medical terminology
Proficient PC skills
Ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions
Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to
multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under
pressure
Must be customer friendly
Must have the desire to learn new tasks and take on additional
responsibilities
Working Conditions:
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 9:00
pm; Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Part-time and Full-time positions
available. Heavy phone and PC usage, sitting for extended periods
of time, reaches above shoulder level and some overtime may be required.
