United American Offers:

United American offers a supplemental Cash Benefit Cancer Plan (CANLS2) and HealthGuard (CILS) critical illness insurance that upon written satisfactory proof of first diagnosis of cancer or critical illness, will pay from $10,000 up to $50,000 cash to be used as you choose. You can use the money to assist with medical costs, experimental procedures, travel expenses, income while you are not working - you decide.

The Cash Cancer plan and Healthguard C.I. have policy coverage options for individuals, single parents or families. The policies pay in addition to any other coverage.
