United American offers the LTC Classic and Gold Series plans for individuals or married couples issue ages 40-84. These plans are designed to allow customers to custom tailor coverage to any need or budget.

You can choose from traditional indemnity or expense incurred plans. Coverage varies from Nursing Home Only to Home Health Care or Home Health and Community Care. All of these plans offer a choice of Daily Benefit Amount, Benefit Periods (Factors) and Elimination Periods. Tax-Qualified plans are available in states where approved.
