4 Sales and Training Tools Update
The Home Office has updated two key sales and training tools. Statistics in the Medicare Supplement Flip Book have been updated. This is not a new tool and only the updated pages are available. The updated pages are free for the first order and $3 for each additional order. The flip book has been approved in the states shown in the chart below.

A new Final Expense Flip Book, featuring the RT85 and 400 Series Whole Life products, is now available. This sales tool is $12 and has been approved in the states shown in the chart below:

4 Attn: All Agents
In recent years, many small print shops (Kinko’s, Kwik Kopy, Minuteman Press, etc.) have opened around the country. Through an informal survey, UA found that the inexpensive cost, quick turnaround time and convenience made it faster and easier for Agents to have their business cards printed locally. Therefore, beginning immediately, United American’s Home Office will no longer print business cards.

To help Agents bridge this change, the Home Office has created a temporary generic UA business card with fill-in spaces for the Agent’s personal information. A template card is also available for the printers to use as a model for the permanent card.
